Innovative Digital Solutions for the Diia.Business Network of Entrepreneur Support Centers
About the Client
Diia.Business national project supports entrepreneurship in Ukraine. Its network includes 14 centers hosting events and training sessions for both yet aspiring and experienced entrepreneurs.
The Challenge
The centers initiated the creation of a unified project management system. We developed a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to streamline and optimize their operations while enhancing the efficiency and quality of offline centers. The teams at Diia.Business centers now rely on our tools. Here’s for whom, what, and why we implemented these solutions.
SaaS is more than just a website or mobile app — it’s an integrated system combining software and service. It simplifies providing and accessing services, improving the workflows for the centers and their end users — entrepreneurs.

One-click registration via email or Facebook, with a manual data entry option.
After logging in, visitors access a personal dashboard to view current events, add them to Google Calendar, and manage their registrations.
The events page includes a calendar and a quick search by date, topic, or event format.
After payment, visitors receive a confirmation email with a QR code, which is an event ticket followed with automated email and SMS reminders about the event details.
Major center activities are highlighted on the news page.
A business catalog showcases local Ukrainian enterprises, with project descriptions sorted into categories.
Admin Panel
It allows center teams and administrators to add users, manage site content, and create events, news, and business catalogs.
Editors create events of varying durations and formats, ranging from one-day lectures to week-long courses, with a new learning topic for each session.
Administrators manage registrations, approve or deny requests, and manage waiting lists while tracking the total number of registered participants* and their interests.
Automatic SMS reminders are sent to participants for each event after enabling them while setting up the event in the admin panel.
Editors create news articles, schedule publication times, and add them to the website in the admin panel.
There is also an option to feature a news article on the homepage, restore deleted posts, or preview how the content will appear on the site.
Chatbot
A representative of a public organization managing the Diia.Business center uses the chatbot to process applications from every feedback form on the website.
Mobile App for Ticket Scanning
All the Diia.Business centers now use the specific mobile app Event Manager which lets administrators quickly verify event attendees.
With just one tap, the app’s QR scanner reads the participant’s code and logs the information into the centralized system
The app also provides detailed event statistics, including registered and present attendees for the teams of centers.
User Manual
A step-by-step guide in the admin panel covers all aspects of using the digital tools, including the website, chatbot, and mobile app for ticket scanning.
