WHO PROVIDES THE SUPPORT?
ideil has an entire team engaged in lifelong support of the projects created by us. Quite often we are approached with requests for support for sites or applications made elsewhere.

ideil supports and develops almost all projects created by us during all existence.
HOW MUCH DOES THE SUPPORT COST?
The subscription fee for support and the model of work are individual for each project. Because each product has different SLAs, workloads, types of complexity and specifics of work.
There are several basic support schemes:
- Hourly rate. This scheme is used by those who have a lot of work to do and do not have time for long negotiations and correspondence. When there is a Product Owner who knows exactly where the project is going. Calculations are made based on the work performed and resources expended.
- Preliminary assessment. Before starting any work, there is an agreement upon the plan, the list of tasks, the estimated labor costs and the deadline. Once agreed, the task package is taken to work. Delivery of works is also carried out in batches.
- Dedicated team. Used for very large projects when the number of resources employed is more than 2-3 full-time professionals per month.
All tasks are managed through Redmine, a project management system. For fast communication we use group chats in Telegram.
