About the project

VILIA Group is one of the largest agricultural production complexes in western Ukraine. The company’s assets comprise over 62,000 hectares of cultivated land, 600,000 tonnes of grain storage capacity and 1,300 skilled employees.

The challenge

To create an intuitive and functional website that will serve as the company’s showcase and be easy to use and update. To ensure users have quick access to the information and contact details they need.

What is important for a corporate website

A corporate website acts as a sales manager, secretary and HR manager, helping to build relationships with clients and partners.

The key to its effectiveness lies in its flexible structure, which allows new sections to be added and information to be updated without the need for developers; a user-friendly admin panel for content management; the ability to scale without requiring major changes; a responsive design; and intuitive navigation.

Flexible design and customisation to suit your business

To ensure the website adapts to different types of content, we have developed a set of blocks from which the website’s pages are constructed. This allows elements to be combined or reordered, enabling the creation of a unique structure tailored to any area of the company’s business.

As a result, separate pages with the required content can be quickly created for each department at ‘Vilia’.

Content management

The website has been developed on a platform Published!which ensures rapid deployment, administration, content management and multilingual support.

Multilingual support

The website is available in two languages. No separate team is required to translate the content. Published! It supports both manual and automatic translation using neural networks and specialist translators.

When a business expands into new markets, a new language version can be added, as multilingual and multi-regional content is one of the advantages of websites built on Published!

Intuitive navigation and search on the website

The website’s navigation has been designed to enable users to quickly find the information they need amongst the many sections and subsections.

A modern, site-wide search function with autocomplete makes using the site much easier. Users simply enter a word into the search box and immediately see the results.

A system for handling enquiries without delay

The feedback form is set up so that enquiries from customers and partners are forwarded directly to the relevant department.

For example, if a ‘Vilia’ customer wishes to submit an enquiry to the ‘Mirne’ polling station, they go to the ‘Polling Stations’ section, select the locality and fill in the form at the top or bottom of the page. The message is automatically forwarded to the relevant specialist.

This improves customer interaction and takes the extra workload off the team, which previously had to sort enquiries manually.

Configuring redirects allows you to move to the updated website without losing traffic. Optimising headings, content and URLs helps maintain ‘Vilia’s’ search rankings and prepares the website for further growth.

This is the second year running that we have been working with the team at ideil., and we can confidently say that this experience has been both successful and valuable. Our collaboration began with the development of a website for‘Vilia-Product’. Having been convinced of the team’s high level of professionalism, we entrusted ideil. with the creation of an even more comprehensive product — a corporate website for the ‘Vilia’ group of companies.

Despite the complex challenge — a large number of departments, diverse business areas and a vast amount of unstructured information — the result exceeded our expectations.
Even without any experience in the agricultural sector, the team at ideil. was able to quickly organise complex information and find effective solutions.

It is worth noting the professional approach to replacing the old website with a new one — we managed to retain our existing traffic and search rankings without any loss.
