What Makes an Effective Corporate Website: VILIA Group Case

vzp.com.ua

About the client

VILIA Group is one of the largest agricultural production companies in western part of Ukraine. The company manages over 62,000 hectares of farmland, 600,000 tons of grain storage capacity, and employs 1,300 qualified specialists.

The challenge

The goal was to build a clear, functional website that would represent the company, remain easy to use and manage, and give users quick access to key information and contacts.

What matters in a corporate website

A corporate website acts as a sales manager, a secretary, and an HR tool at the same time. It helps build relationships with clients and partners.

To stay effective, it needs a flexible structure that allows teams to add new sections and update content without involving developers, a convenient admin panel, the >ability to scale without major changes, responsive design, and clear navigation.

How the website supports VILIA Group agribusiness

Flexible design tailored to business needs

To make the website adaptable to different types of content, we created a system of blocks used to build pages. These blocks can be combined, reordered, and adjusted to create a unique structure for each business direction.

Content management

We used published Published! platform, which enables fast launch, easy administration, efficient content management, and multilingual support.

Multilingual support

The website is available in two languages. Content can be translated without a dedicated team, as published Published! supports both manual and AI-based translation.

When entering new markets, additional language versions can be added. Multilingual and multi-regional capabilities are among the key advantages of websites built
on published Published!

Intuitive navigation and search

The navigation is designed so users can quickly find what they need across multiple sections and departments.

The built-in search with autocomplete makes navigation even easier. As users type their query, they immediately see relevant results.

On certain pages, tab-based navigation allows users to switch between content within a single block. This helps structure information and makes it easier to navigate.

Request handling without delays

The contact form routes inquiries from clients and partners directly to the relevant department.

For example, if a VILIA client wants to contact Mlyniv division, they can open the “Divisions” section, select the location, and fill out the form at the top or bottom of the page. The request is then automatically delivered to the responsible specialist.

This improves communication and reduces manual workload for the team.

SEO approach during development

We configured redirects to ensure a smooth transition to the new website without losing traffic. Optimized headings, content, and URLs help maintain search rankings and prepare the site for future growth.

Founder of VILIA Group, Head of Communications

“We have been working with ideil. for two years now, and this experience has proven to be both successful and valuable. Our collaboration began with the development of a website for VILIA-Product. After seeing the team’s professionalism, we entrusted ideil. with a more complex project — the corporate website for VILIYA Group.

Despite the complexity of the task — numerous departments, multiple business areas, and a large amount of unstructured information — the result exceeded our expectations.

Even without prior experience in the agricultural sector, the ideil. team quickly structured complex information and delivered effective solutions.

We would also like to highlight their approach to migrating from the old website to the new one — we managed to preserve traffic and search rankings without losses.”
