Dinner's Space

Dinner’s Space is an online service for finding and booking conference rooms and event spaces.

For Dinner’s Space, we developed an online conference room booking service that allows users to find the right space, explore its features, select additional services, and submit a booking request through a single interface.

The service is designed for different types of events — from small meetings and business talks to presentations, training sessions, and large conferences.

Conference room catalog

Each space has a dedicated page with all the information users need to choose the right venue, including its address, opening hours, floor area, capacity, and photos.

This structure allows users to compare available options, select a room based on the event format and number of participants, and proceed with booking directly from the venue page.

Find event spaces on the map

To make venue discovery easier, we integrated an interactive map showing available locations. Users can quickly see where conference rooms are located and choose the most convenient option.

Additional equipment booking

Along with the conference room, users can select additional equipment required for their event. Equipment can be added to the booking request, allowing organizers to configure everything they need in one place.

Event catering

The service also allows users to order catering from the Dinner’s restaurant chain.

This means users can not only book a conference room but also arrange equipment and catering for event participants within the same service.

An online service for business events

As a result, Dinner’s Space received a digital service that combines a conference room catalog, detailed venue information, map-based search, booking, additional equipment, and catering.

The project demonstrates our approach to custom web application development, bringing business processes and a simple user journey together in a single digital product — from finding the right service to submitting a booking request.
