WestFood Internal System
Oleh, responsible for processing orders, updates product availability and weight in the internal system. Any changes automatically reflect in the store’s order history.
After a WestFood employee processes the order,
the seller’s personal account reflects the order status: “Awaiting Delivery” or “Delivered.” Additionally,
the “Debt” section displays payment deadlines
and the amount due upon receipt of the products.
How the Website is updated
WestFood offers a wide range of products, from household chemicals to burgers, sweets,

The internal accounting system of the WestFood website allows all updates to be applied automatically. As soon as a new product is added to the system, its details instantly appear in the WestFood catalog, eliminating
the need for manual updates.
How pricing is determined
Once logged in, each store sees personalized pricing based on its contract. Regular WestFood vendors benefit from a loyalty program.
Prices for wholesale and retail items are updated in real-time every minute.
